Heather Reynolds, LMSW
Offering in-person therapy in the Music Row area of Nashville, with virtual therapy available across Tennessee
Reaching out for support can feel like a big and sometimes intimidating first step, and it’s one that takes courage. This space is about your journey. Your experiences. Your goals and what healing looks like for you. My role is to offer guidance, provide a steady presence, and be alongside you as you navigate whatever brings you to therapy.
Areas of Support
I work with adolescents (13+) and adults of all ages who are navigating life’s challenges and transitions. This may include processing past or recent trauma, exploring family, relationship, and trust concerns, managing general anxiety, or finding stability after a period of crisis. I aim to meet each client where they are and support them in building insight, developing coping skills, and moving toward greater self-understanding and steadiness while honoring their individual timing.
People navigating anxiety, stress, or feeling overwhelmed, including burnout
Clients experiencing depression, emotional lows, or suicidal thoughts
Individuals stabilizing after a crisis or difficult period
Those working through life transitions, family or relationship conflict
Individuals processing trauma, grief, or loss
People struggling with people-pleasing patterns or boundary setting
Individuals wanting to build self-understanding, confidence, and coping skills
My Approach to Therapy
I believe healing happens in a space where you feel respected, safe, and truly heard. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I see therapy as a partnership where we work together at your pace to better understand what you’re going through and what you need. I strive to create a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out, and where every part of your experience is met with compassion and curiosity.
