I have spent much of my life trying to avoid the unknown, trying to control what often feels uncontrollable. Yet life has a way of bringing us face-to-face with what we can’t fully predict or understand. At times, it can feel overwhelming to stand at the edge of that uncertainty, especially during major life changes, loss, or unexpected events. When you’re ready, my role is to walk alongside you as we explore your inner resilience and approach what feels overwhelming with compassion, clarity, and care.

I work with children (10+), teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Many of the people I work with feel stuck between holding it together on the outside while carrying deep, unspoken pain on the inside. My approach to therapy is rooted in relationship, compassion, and cultural humility. I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where every part of you is respected and valued, and where you can show up without fear of judgment. Therapy with me is not about fixing you, because you are not broken. It is about helping you reclaim your story, your voice, and your strength in a way that feels grounded and authentic. Together, we focus on building supportive systems within yourself, developing tools for resilience, and honoring the pace that feels right for you so that growth unfolds in a way that feels safe and sustainable.
